Skeleton Welding

Brand **NEW** VDO Aluminum CNC machined fuel sender flange.

Designed to fit into a 2.5" / 63.5mm hole saw cut hole with blind m5 threads so no fuel vapor will bypass the sender.

Has small center drill for flange orientation.

Will fit VDO fuel senders utilizing 2 1/8" or 53.975mm bolt pattern and some aftermarket senders utilizing this same pattern (Aeroflow, proflow etc)

* M5x0.8mm blind threads
* 42mm inside diameter
* 75.50mm outside diameter
* 4mm thick top section for a good fillet weld with a radius edge above so the weld doesn't burn into the gasket flange
