Grass Kart Bead Lock Weld On kit for 6" Aluminum Rim

Included in this assembly:

2x 12mm thick Inner weld rings
2x 6mm thick Outer bolt on plates
2x Replacement valve stems
12x M6x20 Counter sunk bolts

**You will need at minimum 1x of these assemblies to do single bead locks or 2x of these for dual bead locks**

**RIMS ARE JUST FOR PHOTO PURPOSES, NONE ARE INCLUDED!**

I can supply these welded to brand new rims in double or single bead lock configurations, please check my other listings

These are designed to have the rim cut or machined to fit inside the counterbore on the back of the inner ring, once they fit you can TIG weld them in place.

These fit Carlisle branded tires with a thicker wall with some gap/bulging between the outer flange and the inner flange (as per pictures)
These fit Primo Nimble tires perfectly (as per pictures)
